Well Im was up, now it is down again, they say for about an hour. So it was a piece of faulty hardware they say, on the new server, and I really thought the Nazgul had been at them with a Morgul blade.

Well now when Imladris is back up, I will feel mighty guilty if I do not stop in here once in awhile, as it is very nice to have a refuge to flee to.

Great Swooning, great reading, wow 9 pages up, you ppl are fast.

Ariel...It says under properties that it is 81 by 106 pixels, but I'm gonna try it now, and see what happens ! Thanks!!!

Nope, it will need to be 50 by 50... Hmm.. That is the one I posted above? I thought I had reduced it.

Well, I have absolutely nothing to say, I'm still burned out from last night. Did ZERO at work from 9 am until 2 pm and I mean nothing. Actually, not nothing. I did sit there thinking pervy hobbit thoughts, making sure my desk was full of paperwork so it would look like I was actually doing something. Ahhh, the charades I go through!

So many nice pix...it really does feel like home! Looks like Imladris is slowly perking up, but I've really enjoyed it here.

Guys, I REALLY had a good time last night and I am very interested in doing that again. If the KD chat is still down for a the duration, what would you say to forming our own chat room on IRC? It is a very good program, and if you already chat on #imladris, you wouldn't need to do anything but to join a different room... We could even make our own, say ####### or ###### or something like that... (I tend to believe #### would be taken). I really think this would be an excellent idea - what do you think?

IRC chat software can be downloaded for free from the following location http://www.mirc.com/. The website includes instructions on how to set up the program to join different chats, and we could provide instructions on the Harem as to how to get to our particular chat, much as they do in a sticky post at the Prancing Pony.

I don't know how well this would be recieved, but I, for one, had an absolute ball the other evening and would dearly love to continue the fun.

Currently there are several chats already frequented by Imladrians that I know of. #Imladris is a bit restrictive and would NOT welcome the kind of banter we were tossing about. #association is the alternate, non-moderated chat that some of us more mature posters have been using as an alternate. It uses automated moderation that simply selects for inappropriate words and kicks people for using them - not that any of us would be typing swears or anything. There are a few others, created by individuals for their private use and there may be others I don't know about, but I do think this would be a great idea for us to try. Does this sound like a good idea?

I had no luck with Imladris chat or the mirc download, so if we can chat on KD that's fine, unless someone can offer me a tutorial.
