As far as I know, Meryl is on hiatus until the weekend of the 23rd, when the new season begins rehearsal.
But as I also know, she is quite the gadabout and goes everywhere on the subway, so there's no telling if she was out and about. Her flatmate commutes to and from work on the subway too, I believe....
As does Elda. I suppose it's too much to hope for that Elda had the day off, and isn't trapped in the middle of all that mess....
Bethel, I'm glad the power is on at your house. The news I heard said that Rhode Island, Boston, and Philadelphia were not affected, so I figured Lily and Cion and Tata and Mrs. Underhill and Ariel were all right, and I temporarily forgot that Anais is not in CT right now too. So I hope she's staying cool!
There's a lovely breeze kicking in here, 90 miles (or 30 leagues, if you will ) from the Western Sea. Think I'll go out and do a dance of supplication to Ulmo and Manwe to send great gusts of refreshing sea-laden coolness all across the interior and to the folks in the power outage area!
